A Tip For Kids 
While keeping kids busy is a good thing, too much activity without giving them time to relax and do nothing can cause stress. Increased irritability, lack of interest, a decrease in concentration or energy or a change in “normal” behavior (diet, sleep) can be signs that your child is stressed and, perhaps, overcommitted.
