Strong Women Exercise Program
The Stay Strong Exercise Program is based on the Strong Women program which was developed
by Miriam Nelson, PhD. The program, is based upon years of research on how strength
training and proper nutrition improve the health of all ages. The program is for
both men and women.
The Stay Strong program is offered from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 a.m., Monday and Wednesday, at the Senior Center.
Hand weights will be provided, but participants must supply their own leg weights
and floor mats.

on purchasing weights.
