4-H Cafe & Concessions

Each 4-H youth is asked to help out in a very important way to help 4-H at the concession booth during fair.  The money earned from the concessions is a large part of helping youth and volunteers attend events, fund projects and much more!  Your couple of hours is so helpful to making 4-H successful.  Please check out the sign up in the link below.  We need help in areas of grocery runners, to baking pies, to physically working at the concessions.

 Requirements to Enter into Fair

1: Interview in each Department you are entering. 





2: Bring Record Book to interview, which includes:   
-My 4-H- One per youth, per year.
-Non-Animal Project Journal - if you are bringing a non-animal project to fair 
-Animal Project Journal - if you are bringing an animal project to fair 
-Project Workbook- (Book Requirements) Most all 4-H projects have a curriculum book issued through 4-H Office. Please contact the office at 388-3213 if you do not have a curriculum book.

Gallatin County 4-H Centennial!

2017 marks the Centennial of Gallatin 4-H! We are all very excited to be a part of this!  The indoor building will encompass history of the past 100 years!  

Join us on Saturday July 22nd for the Centennial Celebration!

Silent Auction for Indoor Projects

All indoor youth are invited to enter their crafts, photos or food into the silent auction!  Please contact the office if you wish to participate in this event.  Proceeds will go directly to youth with project.

 Market Sale Information

The Market Sale will take place on Friday, July 21st. BBQ at 4:00pm at Haynes Pavilion.

Booth Contest for Clubs and Individuals

Clubs and Individual members are encouraged to create a 4 foot or 8 foot display table to promote Gallatin 4-H and incorporate the Theme "4-H Grown for 100 Years", Centennial Celebration. This is a great way to promote 4-H and share what you or your club have been doing in 4-H.
Please contact the 4-H office to let us know what division you are entering and to provide a 4 foot or 8 foot space for you at 582-3280.
Winners in club and individual divisions will receive $25 cash prize!

Divisions include:
1- Best use of fair theme by a club or project group
2- Best use of fair theme by an individual
3- Best promotion of 4-H by a club or project group
4- Best promotion of 4-H by an individual

Wrist bands and Entrance into Fair

Free- 4-H Exhibitors (youth who are entering a project)

$9.00- Youth under 18 - week long pass

$15.00 - Adults week long pass
